This isn't really a bug, but an error. ""-5% solider cost" should be spelled "-5% soldier cost". the "d" and "I" are backwards.

 It also appears to be an issue on the "-10% Solider [sic] Purchase Cost" card. I suspect this little typo was not seen because "solider," as the comparative form of solid (i.e.: more solid), is an actual word.
