It is so handy! It not only allows you to see where you're going to put your units, but you can use it to gauge how many moves it will take to get to a certain position AND it allows you to get an idea of how far your opponents can move from their positions as well. Best update ever, if I should say so myself. Now the question is, should I add an option to disable the preview circles for individual games? I know some of you liked having to guess how far to move your units as an added strategy. Let me know what you think. |

As long as the option is set to 'yes' by default, I don't see why not. I doubt anyone would use it, but there is never any harm in having the option there. Tharbakim |

Best update ever? Top 3 for sure. Making it an option? I don't think that its necessary to have an option, just force it. I doubt any serious complaints will ever be made in opposition to it, besides there are already enough options. |

If you ever get several people requesting that it be optional then do as Icadil says and make it optional but by default on. My bet - no one is going to complain except maybe in the few cases where the movement circle is off, but that is as you point out (see this thread), unavoidable. Another good update admin: your renewed presence on the forums and making updates, conducting tests, personally addressing player comments/problems quickly etc. |

Best of all - I suggested it!!! Hahahaha!!! Seriously though, it really is one of the best updates ever and most convenient tools in this game. |

... and I gave a description of the final form it ended up taking; that of the circle that appears when a unit is dropped, not one that is dragged along with the unit, which I guess was too computationally intensive or hard to program ;) |

Yeah, and I was the one who 'like to guess' the distances. But when working with this. yes, it's great. Yes it comes in handy. You can plan your moves way ahead. Still, option would be fun. People finding out the option is 'off' after the game started, muhahahaha |

Yea, an option would be nice. Now with the new update of the game remembering your last settings, people who truly don't like the preview circle can play with it off without having to annoyingly adjust it every time. |
