I have 8 current games right now that I am playing in. I have a numerous games that I have hosted, but have been eliminated from. I do not have a premium account, however I cannot create any more games. I should still be able to create games though correct? Or did hosted games, that I have been eliminated from count towards active games?

Unless I am mistaken, I believe games that you were a part of, that have not ended yet, do not count towards your playing-games number. I could be wrong however.

IF so then this would be a bug..

No, the system waits until the game is completed to record your loss. Which means even after you are eliminated, it's still active, so I don't think it's a bug, it's just the way the system works.

I have never noticed that before, in regards to creating games though. And Why would it stop me from making games, but allow me to join games? I think this is a bug, can this thread be moved please?

I always taught it counted 'your' active games.

The most obvious reasoning for this that I can think of is team games.
If you die in a team game, but your team goes on to win without you, it is still counted as a team win for you. However, this cannot be decided until the game is over, and because in theory any other game time is a team game, containing 1 player per team, it does the same thing.

Wait, you're sure it's still counted as a team win? Cuz I don't think that was the case for all of my team games.
