 While I was browsing the help forums, I came across:

Where you state an experienced general can give up to a 20% bonus.

However under the FAQ thread, seen here:
http://forums.tourofgenerals.com/topic/940716/1/
Specifically question 6, you state is can have up to a 10% bonus.

Presumably, the FAQ thread has been updated and the older answer threads have not, but can you please confirm this?
