As of June 29, in all the game screens except the Game Overview and Collect Funds screen, the time counter always says "A new turn has been acquired!" even if it hasn't been.

 I see the same issue:
Go to an active game I am in:

Game Overview: Next turn: 1 hours 21 minutes 37 seconds (6/30/2010 2:58:47 AM) ... Turn Details: 23 Acquired - 21 Used = 2 Remaining
Tactical Map: Next turn: A new turn has been acquired! ... Turn Details: 23 Acquired - 21 Used = 2 Remaining
Unit Overview: Next turn: A new turn has been acquired! ... Turn Details: 23 Acquired - 21 Used = 2 Remaining
Collect Funds: Next turn: 1 hours 19 minutes 58 seconds* (6/30/2010 2:58:47 AM) ... Turn Details: 23 Acquired - 21 Used = 2 Remaining

* = difference obviously due to fact it takes a moment to go through the screens and record observations here.

No new turns are actually given, so it isn't a cheat whereby you can refresh the Tactical Map or Unit Overview screens and acquire as many turns as desired; the error is just in the turn countdown clock giving a false report.
Might this be a problem arising from the fact that another issue with the clock was recently dealt with (link)? (The other change has fixed the issue detailed in the other thread, but it may be causing this new issue, I don't know ...)
