Even though it is player owned (tharbakim) it would seem to be the more logical meeting place for ToG players? I might also have an idea regarding IRC, but I can't implement it, that's admin's job.

Actually, what is your idea? I have been considering organizing a donation drive from the active payers in exchange for a few upgrades from the admin. An easy chat system would definitely make for better activity from the players, and a pretty good investment from our end.
