 This topic seems to have been forgotten. I think that part of the modifications needed for the game are to make quick victories against new players (which just discourages them and prevents growth of the game), which this should help with.
As such, more input from current players would be greatly appreciated.

 I'm now confused. Are you proposing something different than in the opening post? If you are, can you explain it in greater detail? If I misinterpreted the above posts, I would like to preemptively apologize.
