Just wondering if you get more points, or even an award, for winning a game that last over 100 days. I am currently in a game that is at 125 days and we are currently 50/50. It is a very frustrating, yet fun game, at the same time. http://www.tourofgenerals.com/view_game.asp?ID=1012532 |

The only problem with this, is then people would abuse it, by starting games with 2 people, and the other person leaves their account inactive, and wait 100 days, and get X bonus points. Not bad for someone who checks their ToG account every 100 days or so. So really, we cant give away much of a bonus without there being just as many people that get it, as there are that abuse it. |

So in a 10 player game, if one person in a far away region doesnt come online for 5 turns, the whole game is deleted? I dont think that would work. Also, stockpiling turns is a valid strategy some use. |

I agree with Kaspo. Saving turns is very much a valid strategy, removing people for using it is unacceptable. -Aves Edited by Aves, Jul 11 2009, 10:15 AM.

I think if a player goes inactive for more than 20 days you should remove them from all the games they are currently in so nobody can abuse it. By inactive i mean not logging into ToG at all for 20 days. |

For this particular game extra points should be added. Both players are really active and are on every day so... |

If anything, you shouldn't get extra points, however an award to show for it might be in order. |

I agree, an award is a much better idea. A game like that is rare to see, more than 100 days O.o? thats impressive, and something should definitely be given to show that. |
