Hungary Map

 I created a hungary game, and it wont let me choose "Gyor-Moson-Sopron" as my home region. It shows that it is selectable on the map details. But if i choose it as my home region, when i click "ready" it says:

You have received an error trying to view a page. Here is the detailed error code: You selected an invalid region.

Can anyone try this and confirm it?
