One thing that I think would really help make ToG more appealing to new players is an updated demonstration video. The video that we have now is outdated, boring, and the video file is so big it takes a long time to download. For an updated video I'd like to stay with the current demonstration format of taking new players through a demonstration of how to join a game, picking their starting territory, tactical unit movement and combat, unit purchases, collecting funds, going over the game details screen, new game creation, etc... I think the video should have a voice narrator rather than the text bullets in the current video. If I find a video acceptable I'm willing to provide you and nine of your friends with free 6 month subscriptions (That's a total of $200 worth of subscriptions). Deadline for the contest is Friday May 15th. Anyone interested? |

I would be interested... but how long would you want it? and for the voice over, I think it would be nice but you would need the bullets as well I think maybe we could make an interactive flash tutorial? |

Ive got everything I need, except a mic. Therefore, I am unable to do the voice over. Unless I use a lame computer voice. Ill get to making one soon, but someone else is gonna have to do voice overs. EDIT: Actually, Id like to do screen text, and have it typed in as the movie continues. ALSO, I'd prefer to have a series of videos, for easier updating, and easier access to exactly what you need.
