How does attrition work? I had 70% attrition, had 7 more regions than my enemy, and then lost.

 Attrition = % of income deducted, there is no real formula but having a high % attrition will kill your income.

 The more territories you have the higher your attrition rate is. That percent gets taken out of whatever you make. So at 70% attrition you're only getting 30% of your total income.

 Oh it is just like that, it didn't seem like it when I was playing. Then again admin may or may not have been cheating.
